Heard. Perused the impugned award.

The applicant has been awarded the compensation of Rs.6,21,290/-. It appears that the major portion of the compensation has been awarded on account of loss of future earning, while on account of pain and sufferings a sum of Rs.3,86,290/- has been awarded. In the given circumstances, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 30% of the amount deposited in this Court on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
