Heard Mr. Koshti, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Phule, the learned Asst. Government Pleader for respondent nos.1 and

2. None present for respondent nos.3 and 4 though served. 2.

The learned Asst. Government Pleader states that the policy of the State contained in Government Resolution dated 1st February 2006 has further undergone change and now the work above Rs. 3,00,000/- is to be given by E-Tender.

The Writ Petition assails the tender notice wherein work above Rs. 5,00,000/- was given.

In view of the fact that the said policy does not exists, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to assail the new policy as per law, if he so desires. No costs. ( A.M. BADAR ) ( S.V. GANGAPURWALA ) JUDGE JUDGE ................................
