The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 19.06.2020 passed by the Hon'ble Minister, Revenue, (State of Maharashtra), rejecting application seeking stay to the order impugned dated 18.06.2019. In the said Review Application bearing No. 3110/Pra Krs. 163/J-6A the petitioner sought stay to the order of Hon'ble Minister in Review/Revision application. Thereby the stay is granted to the order passed by the Hon'ble Minister in Revision No. RTS No. 3119/Pra. Kra. 163/J-6A dated 18.06.2019.

This Court finds that this petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the Hon'ble Minister to dispose of the Review/Revision Application within a period of two months from today.

The petition is, thus, disposed of with a request to the Hon'ble Minister, Revenue, (State of Maharashtra), to decide RTS No. 3119/Pra. Kra. 163/J-6A, within a period of two months from today.

The parties are already before this Court, no separate notice is required.

The parties shall approach on 27.06.2023, the office of Hon'ble Minister, Revenue, (State of Maharashtra) to seek a date for hearing.
