A small amount has been involved. The applicant appears to have incurred medical expenditure amounting to Rs.1,49,812/-. In view of the defense of the Insurance Company that the vehicle had not been involved in the accident, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
