By present civil application, the applicant prays for condonation of delay of 34 days caused in filing the review application. The delay caused is due to bona fide reasons.

The submission of learned Counsel for the applicant is, the applicant is approaching this Court on the ground of misrepresentation of the facts seeking review of the order passed by this Court.

Mr. Sabnis, learned Counsel who has been instructed to appear on behalf of respondent No.1 opposed the application.

Though the application is opposed, in view of the submission of learned Counsel for the applicant and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). 5.

So far as Review Application (ST.) No. 16491 of 2019 is concerned, Mr. Sabnis, learned Counsel submitted that recently he has been instructed to appear on behalf of respondent No.1 and prays time to file power as well as affidavit in reply to review application.

At the request of Mr. Sabnis, learned Counsel for respondent No.1, two weeks time is granted. 7.
