3] Mr.Rohit H.Dahat, learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions, submits that he wants to withdraw this Appeal.

4] Learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 have no objection to withdraw the said appeal. 5] Allow to withdraw the Appeal and same stands disposed of.

2586.16fa 6] Learned counsel for the respondent - claimant submits that the claimants be permitted to withdraw 50% amount deposited. Other-side has no objection. 7] 50% of the deposited amount allow to be withdrawn.
