B) By appropriate Writ, or Order or, directions in like nature to direct the Respondent no.2 to release Petitioner Prematurely, and or, C) Grant any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit, by allowing the Petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the concerned authority may be directed to decide the petitioner's representation, which is pending since long.
