Heard Mr.Shejwal, learned advocate for the petitioner. The learned advocate submits that in 2015 the execution proceeding has been filed. The steps are taken. Even warrant has been issued but the respondents are not depositing the amount of compensation. The learned AGP accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2. 2] When the execution has been filed before the Court naturally the Court has to get execution decided expeditiously. The petitioner also has to cooperate by showing properties of the respondent for attachment and sale.

3] Considering the fact that the execution is filed by agriculturist whose land has been acquired, the Executing Court shall endeavour to decide the execution proceeding expeditiously. The petitioner may also cooperate in expeditious disposal of execution proceeding by showing properties to be attached.
