This Court directed the respondent to decide representation of the petitioner in respect of payment of interest on the delayed payment of pensionary benefits. The Competent Authority/ Education Officer has decided the representation on 26th June 2024. 2.

The petitioner makes a grievance that the interest is not paid to the petitioner till date.
