This is an application for condonation of delay by original claimant. Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant as well as Non applicant No.1. None appears for non-applicant No.2 though served.

The delay in filing of appeal is of 28 days. It is sufficiently explained in the application. Hence, though Shri Pathan, learned counsel for non applicant N.1 objects for condoning the delay, as the delay is sufficient explained, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
