DATE : 11TH JUNE, 2019.

FINAL ORDER :

.

We have heard Mr. Kakade, the learned advocate for petitioners.

2.

In fact, the orders impugned viz imposing penalty upon the petitioners are appealable before the Commissioner under the provisions of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishads District Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules. The further aspects about transfers are consequential to the orders of punishment imposed upon the petitioners. Depending upon the orders that would be passed by the Commissioner, further consequences would follow. If petitioners approaches the Commissioner, the Commissioner shall decide the appeals of petitioners on its own merits and expeditiously. All contentions of respective parties are kept open.

5.

In view of the above, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
