A grievance of the petitioner is that the proposal for 40% grant-in-aid, which is after the petitioner received 20% grant-in-aid, had to be decided within four months vide the order of this court dated 24.11.2021 passed in Writ Petition No. 12860 of 2021. 2.

The learned AGP submits a copy of the communication dated 24.08.2022 received by him from Shri Sameer Savant, Deputy Secretary, State of Maharashtra wherein, it is informed that a decision would be taken within four months. The said communication is taken on record and marked as '
