Present application has been filed for withdrawal of the amount as per the order of this Court and taking into consideration the fact that the statutory amount is also deposited by respondent No.1. Respondent No.1 has deposited amount of Rs.75,000/-. The applicants prayed for withdrawal of the said entire amount. 2.

It appears that the appeal itself was directed to be put for final hearing. However, it has not been listed today. However, taking into consideration the fact that the sole earning member of the family had expired, applicant Nos.1 to 4 are allowed to withdraw the said amount of Rs.75,000/-. It be distributed between them equally. Applicant Nos.1 to 4 shall file an undertaking within a period of eight
