The applicant is seeking condonation of huge delay of 6861 days which appears to be caused due to mistake of his advocate.
The learned Counsel for the MSRTC as well as learned Counsel for Insurance Company strongly opposed the application on the ground that there the delay is not properly
{2} explained and there is circulation delay also. However, considering the statutory right of the applicant and also considering the observations of the Hon'ble Apex Court in such matters, wherein it is directed that the delay applications are to be dealt with liberally, delay of 6861 days stands condoned subject to the condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid delay and also for the delay caused in in taking out the delay condonation application.
The appeal be placed for admission after removal of offce objections, if any.
