Learned Counsel Mr. Mohit Deshmukh and officer of the appellant Mr. Irfan Shaikh tender on record withdrawal Pursis which is marked as Exhibit.X. They pray to dispose of this First appeal in terms of withdrawal pursis.

As per the terms stated in the pursis, the appellant shall deposit interest within 45 days from today before Commissioner for Employees Compensation and Judge Labour Court, Osmanabad. It

After depositing the amount of interest with balance principal amount with accrued interest and the interest to be deposited shall be disbursed to the claimants.
