The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant has filed the S.T.C. No.346/2016 before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Jalna.

In that view of the matter, he submits that the present application may be disposed of in view of the fact that the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Jalna has passed an order in Abated Summary No.188/14 that the Abated Final Report is granted.
