[2] By the said pursis, it is pointed out that, present Writ Petition, which is arising out of maintenance proceedings and dispute between the husband and wife is settled amicably out of the court and, therefore, the petitioner does not wants to prosecute the present Writ Petition. In view of the compromise recorded between the parties, as stated in the pursis, present Writ Petition is dismissed.
