Heard both the sides. Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that Reference Petition came to be dismissed by the Court below and due to financial constraints the appeals could not be filed within a period of limitation. The learned Counsel for the

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the applicants and for the reasons stated in the applications, the delay in filing the appeals is hereby condoned. The Civil Applications are accordingly allowed. 3.

In the First Appeals, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 24.06.2017. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent/State. Mr.S.S. Dande, learned Counsel waives notice for respondent No.2/ acquiring body.
