The petitioners were admitted in different schools in the RTE process against 25% reservation. However, subsequently their admissions were cancelled. Hence, they are before us. 3.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that their representations submitted to the respondent no. 6 - Education Officer, dated 31 May 2023, is not being considered and the petitioners are seeking only limited relief of consideration of their grievance. 4.

Learned Advocate for respondent nos. 4 to 6, on instructions, submits that appropriate decision would be taken on the petitioners' representation (supra).
