This is an application for regular bail. During the pendency of the present application, Investigating Officer has filed charge sheet, is the statement made by the learned A.P.P. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present application. Permission granted.

However, learned counsel for the applicant submits that liberty be granted to the present applicant to file application for bail afresh before the learned trial Court after filing of the charge sheet.
