Present application has been filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited in First Appeal (Stamp) No.7094 of 2019. Amount of Rs.7,42,206/- has been deposited. The First Appeal was dismissed by this Court on 03-08-2018 for non compliance of the order of this Court i.e. as the necessary steps were not taken by respondent No.1/original appellant within the stipulated period. Under such circumstance, when the First Appeal itself has been disposed of, the applicants are allowed to withdraw the said amount deposited by respondent No.1 and its distribution is as per the award.
