Heard Mr Deshpande, learned counsel for the petitioners. It is submitted by Mr. Deshpande that contempt petition is filed for non compliance of the order of this Court within stipulated period. 2.
During pendency of the contempt petition, the respondent State filed Civil application seeking extension of time. Learned counsel Mr. Deshpande, invited our attention to the order of Division Bench dated 8th November, 2019 in Civil Application No. 12697/2019. Perusal of the order show that the period to decide the appeal as directed in Writ petition No. 1687/2018 is extended by four months from the date of order. The civil application is resultantly disposed of. In view of this fact it is submitted by Mr. Deshpande that the grievance of the petitioner is no more survive in the present petition. The contempt petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case grievance of non compliance still subsists, the petitioner may approach this Court for appropriate directions.
