The matter is placed before me pursuant to the orders of the Hon'ble the Chief Justice dated 14th December, 2015. 2.

Mr. Mantri, the learned advocate for the applicant on instructions of the applicant submits that, the matter is settled between the parties. The applicant has delivered the possession of the premises to the non applicants. As such seeks leave to withdraw the Civil Revision Application.
