Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.261 of 2019, registered with Paithan Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 397 of the IPC. 3.
After the crime was registered, the applicant was missing from the place of his residence. Therefore, the charge sheet under Section 299 of the Cr.P.C. was filed against him. After the arrest, the investigation has been done and the charge sheet has been filed. Nothing is to be recovered from the applicant. He is a young boy of 28 years old having no antecedents to his discredit. No purpose would be served by keeping the applicant behind bar. However, certain conditions may be

O R D E R
(i) Bail Application is allowed.
(ii) Applicant GANESH @ GANYA ANGAD PAWAR be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of like amount, on the following conditions :
(a) He shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
(b) He shall not leave village Vadigodri and village Ramgavan, Taluka Ambad, District Jalna without the leave of PSO of concerned Police Station.
(c) He shall attend the trial on each and every date. If he would not attend the trial, this bail automatically cancelled.
(d) He should furnish his residential proof and mobile phone number to the Court with an undertaking that he should not change his cell phone number till the trial is concluded. (S. G. MEHARE, J.) ...
