This application is filed seeking condonation of delay as well as bringing legal heirs of the original respondent Nos. 1 and 4 on record of the civil application and first appeal. 3.

Learned advocate appearing for the applicants would submit that the applicants were not aware about the particulars of the legal heirs of the deceased respondent Nos. 1 and 4 or still death of the respondent Nos. 1 and 4. Immediately after getting knowledge and receiving documents present application is filed

Mr. Katneswharkar, learned advocate appearing for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 do not oppose the prayers. 5.

Considering the submissions advanced and the reasons as indicated in the application, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C". Amendment to be carried out within a period of fourteen (14) days from today. The civil application is disposed of.
