The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is appointed on compassionate ground as a peon. The proposal to that effect is submitted for approval, but the same is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the compassionate appointment of the petitioner as Peon (Exh.E - page 20) is pending with respondent No. 2, then respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on it's own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within six months. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
