Cri.Revn.69.2025 -2Applications are required to be disposed off as settled. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

(i) The Judgment and order dated 19.10.2022 passed by learned Family Court at Jalna in Petition No. E-257/2019 and Order dated 30.11.2023 in respect of issuance of arrest warrant against the applicant/petitioner in bearing Case No. ER97/2022 may kindly be quashed and set aside. (ii) Respondent - wife is hereby permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the applicant - husband with her maiden name, on due verification.

(iii) The Revision Application and Criminal Applications pending therein are disposed off.
