Learned AGP, upon instructions from respondent No.2, submits that he would forward the proposal in respect of petitioners to respondent No.3 within a period of one month. We take the said statement as undertaking. Further, upon instructions from respondent No.3, learned AGP submits that the committee would receive the proposal forwarded by respondent No.2 and would decide it as per its own merits. This statement is also taken as undertaking.

In view of these statements, we dispose of the Writ Petition by directing respondent No.2 to forward the proposal in respect of the petitioners within a period of one month and respondent No.3 is directed to receive that proposal and decide it as per its own merits, within five weeks thereafter.
