Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

Limited grievance raised by the petitioner in this petition is that, though the learned Minister for State (Revenue) has passed an order dated 12.09.2014 in Matter No.:GKN-40A/0814/P.K.420/Kh, the same has yet not been implemented by the respondent authorities.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, since the Writ Petition No. 2162 of 2015 was pending before the High Court, the respondent - District Collector declined to entertain the prayer of the petitioner to implement the order passed by the learned Minister. The learned counsel submits that, since the Writ Petition No. 2162 of 2015, has been dismissed as withdrawn on 28.10.2015, directions may be issued to the respondent - District Collector to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner for implementation of the order passed by the learned Minister.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive application/representation for reconsideration of the grievance to respondent No. 1 - District Collector, Beed. In case such an application/representation is filed by the petitioner within a period of three weeks from today, the respondent No. 1 shall take decision on the said representation/application as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from filing of such application. Needless to state that, respondent No. 1 shall take decision on the said application / representation keeping in view the documents submitted by the petitioner so also the relevant Govt. policy

and rules. We also make it clear that, we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
