The learned counsel submits that the petitioner had filed application with the authority for incorporating the name of the petitioner in the revenue record. The authority did not act upon it. The petitioner approached the Committee as constituted under the circular dated 13th February, 2015. For one year, the matter is pending with the Committee. The Committee has also not proceeded further. In case, the application filed by the petitioner is pending with the Committee, we expect the Committee to pass further orders thereon within a period of one month from today.

The learned AGP shall communicate this order to the Committee.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
