Present writ petition is filed challenging the suspension order and charge-sheet.

Mr. Shendurnikar, the learned Advocate for respondent No.5 submits that the petitioner is already demoted from the post of Headmaster to Assistant Teacher. The petitioner has challenged the same before the School Tribunal by filing appeal. Request of the petitioner not to act upon the demotion order is rejected.

In the light of above, as the petitioner has already filed appeal before the School Tribunal against the order of his reversion and as the 1/2

suspension order also not survived, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

All the contentions of the respective parties are kept open.
