The petitioner prays for issuance of directions to the Railway Authorities for taking steps for extending the train Mumbai-Latur Express up to Huzur Saheb Nanded via Parli Vaijnath, District Beed, as per the declaration made by the Hon'ble Minister of Railways, in Railway Budget 2013. Since the reliefs claimed in the petition come within the administrative domain of the Railway Authorities, in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, no interference is called for. Any other prayer made in the petition is also not liable to be considered since it comes within the administrative domain of the Railway Authorities.
