The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is issued with the tribe certificate of Mannervarlu, Scheduled Tribe, however the spelling of Mannervarlu is incorrectly written. The petitioner has applied for corrected tribe certificate on 22.05.2019, the same is not yet issued.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents and submits that the authority would

The petitioner shall submit / deposit the original tribe certificate received by him of Mannervarlu, Scheduled Tribe with incorrect spelling with respondent no. 2 / The Sub Divisional Officer, Dharmabad. Respondent no. 2 / The Sub Divisional Officer, Dharmabad shall after verifying that the tribe certificate was issued to the petitioner with incorrect spelling shall issue the corrected tribe certificate within two (02) weeks.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
