We are not issuing notice to the Respondents since the Petitioner / Union prays that Respondent No.3 should decide the representation dated 07.11.2023, which is at page No.117 of the Petition paper book. The representation is in connection with Regulation 32 of the Service Regulations 1994 published by the Maharashtra Prathamik Shikshan Parishad (Association for Advancement of Basic Education for all in Maharashtra) Service Regulations, 1994.
