By this application, the applicants are seeking permission to bring on record the legal heirs of respondent no.8, who died on 11/01/2021. There is a delay of 416 days in filing the application. 3.

The learned Advocate appearing for the applicant would point out that, respondent no.8 expired during the Covid pandemic period. The contentions raised in the application are not controverted by the respondents.
