Learned counsel for the applicant, prays for disposal of the application with directions to the learned Additional Sessions Judge to expedite the trial.

In view of the reasonable prayer made by the applicant, I am of the opinion that the application can be disposed of by directing the learned Additional Sessions Judge to expedite the trial of the applicant as early as possible, but in any case within a period of nine months from today and it is accordingly directed.

With the directions as above, criminal application is disposed of.
