The grievance of the petitioners is with regard to the selection process of Junior Clerk and Peon pursuant to the advertisement dated 28.3.2018. In view of the circular, dated 6.1.2010, such matters would be within the realm of the principal seat at Bombay.

In the light of that the matter is transferred to the principal seat at Bombay.
