Heard learned Advocates for the respective parties. 2.

For the reasons recorded in the Civil Application for delay condonation, the same is allowed.

Learned Advocate for the applicant / Corporation submits that though the respondent / employee was reinstated, pursuant to the judgment of the Labour Court, dated 7.3.1992 in Reference (IDA) No.50 of 1989, he has been subsequently dismissed on 20.10.1998 for proved misconducts. His Complaint (ULP) No.140 of 1998 has been dismissed by the Labour Court on 24.2.2008 and there has been no further challenge. 4.

It is, therefore, submitted that the Review Petition has become infructuous.

In the light of the statement made on instructions as above, the Review Petition stands disposed off.
