We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The application filed by the petitioner for issuance of Tribe certificate of 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe is pending. Time and again, we have passed the orders directing the Sub Divisional Officers to decide the applications. It is not that the documents prior to 1950 are

{2} 908-WP-6132-18 required to be filed, then only the applications are to be considered. The Sub Divisional Officer has to decide the application on the basis of the documents filed before it and the material submitted by the applicants on its own merits.

The petitioner shall appear before the Sub Divisional Officer on 21st January, 2019 and submit the documents and material relied by him, the respondent No. 4, Sub-Divisional Officer shall thereafter decide the said application expeditiously and preferably within 30 days. 4.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
