Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned AGP. 2.

The Petitioner in the present case is a student who submitted his claim for validation of belonging to Thakur Scheduled Tribe on 28.03.2025. According to the Petitioner, there is urgency in the matter as the validity certificate is to be produced at the time of admission to 11th Std.

The learned AGP appearing on behalf of the Respondent No.2 on instructions makes a statement that the vigilance cell report has been

( 2 ) 901 wp 6951.25 received recently on 08.07.2025 and the Scrutiny Committee would be able to decide the claim within four weeks from today. 4.

Considering the urgency in the matter, the Scrutiny Committee is directed to make an endeavor to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner at the earliest and in any case within four weeks from today. The Writ Petition is disposed of.
