The Management has placed on record copy of the order issued on 24.06.2015 directing cancellation of earlier transfer order transferring the petitioner from Aurangabad to Gangapur and that the petitioner is retained as a teacher in Talat Urdu Primary School, Shahnoorwadi, Aurangabad. Copy of the order dated 24.06.2015 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. In view of the order issued by the Management, marked "X" for identification, grievance raised by the petitioner, in the instant petition, does not deserve consideration. However, it is made clear that grievance in respect of provident fund, if arises, shall be taken care of by the Education Officer or any other competent authority. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
