DATE : 15th SEPTEMBER 2025 PER COURT :- CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 7218 OF 2025 The applicants seek permission to bring on record legal representatives of deceased applicant no.1-Gangadhar Ramrao Gadhwe. Mr. Nagarkar, learned counsel for the applicants submits that pursuant to the order dated 17th July 2025, the costs imposed by this Court have been paid, amendment has also been prepared and the same is on

( 2 ) record. As such, he prays to allow the Civil Application. 2.

Mr. S. S. Dande, learned AGP requests to pass appropriate order.

In these circumstances, I pass the following order :-

ORDER

a.

Civil Application is allowed.

b.

Delay of 651 days in bringing legal representatives of deceased applicant no.1-Gangadhar Ramrao Gadhwe is condoned.

c.

Permission is granted to amend the title clause of the appeal memo.

d.

Civil application stands disposed of accordingly. CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 10043 OF 2025 Today, this Court passed an order in Civil Application No.7218 of 2025, thereby permitting the applicants to bring on record legal representatives of deceased applicant no.1-Gangadhar Ramrao Gadhwe.

This Civil Application is filed to bring on record legal representatives of newly incorporated applicant, namely, deceased Balaji Gangadhar Gadhwe.

This application shall be considered after two weeks once the amendment is carried out in the appeal memo pursuant to the disposal of Civil Application No.7218 of 2025. CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 3758 OF 2023 Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the cause to prosecute the Civil Application does not survive since the court fees is paid.
