Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner as also the learned A.G.P and Mr. Lokhande, learned advocate for respondent nos.3 and 4.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that she is being transferred in spite of her alleged entitlement to seek a suitable posting/transfer as per the Government Resolution dated 15.05.2014 and subsequent Resolutions.

Admittedly, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Divisional Commissioner, Nashik on 01.06.2023. We cannot permit the petitioner to invoke two remedies simultaneously.

We dispose of the writ petition by expecting the Divisional Commissioner, Nashik to decide the petitioner's appeal as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of four weeks, if it has not already been decided.
