Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant and the learned APP for the State. Perused the papers on record. 2.

The Applicant, who is a Public Servant, apprehends arrest in Crime No. 0277 of 2024 registered with Beed City Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 12, 13(2) and 13(1)(B) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 [for short 'P.C. Act']. 3.

The Applicant was arrested in Crime No. 107 of 2024 registered with the aforesaid Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 7 and 12 of the P.C.Act. He was released on default bail in the said Crime. During investigation, the Investigating Machinery registered the present F.I.R. under the above referred Sections of P.C. Act

2 927ABA921.2025.odt in respect of disproportionate asset. In this FIR, the Applicant's wife is Co-accused.

After hearing both the sides for quite some time, the learned APP was directed to take instructions from the Investigating Officer. On instructions from the Investigating Officer, it is submitted by the learned APP that, the investigation is at the fag end and attendance of the Applicant to the Police Station till filing of the Charge-sheet would suffice. The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant would attend the concerned Police Station as and when called. The said statement is taken on record.

From the above submission of the learned APP, it appears that there is no apprehension of arrest. In the light of the above, the Application stands disposed off.
