Mr. Ghanwat, Advocate h/f Mr. K. B. Autade, Advocate for the petitioner states that Mr. K. B. Autade, Advocate has handed over the papers alongwith no objection on vakalatnama, to the petitioner.

None appears for the petitioner.

With the assistance of the learned AGP, we have gone through the record of petition.

By this Public Interest Litigation, the petitioner has prayed that the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 be directed to conduct the enqiury in respect of illegalities committed by the respondent No. 3 while undertaking the work of construction of watershed under the

( 2 ) pil95.13 'Integrated Watershed Management Programme'.

In response to the notice issued by this Court, the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have filed replies, exhaustively pointing out the procedure followed for implementation of the Integrated Watershed Management Programme. The replies are filed by the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in 2016.

The petitioner has not filed any additional affidavit to counter the submissions made by the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in their replies.

We see no reason to disbelieve the submissions made by the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 on oath. Accepting the submissions made by the respondent Nos. 2 and 3, the Public Interest Litigation is disposed.

8.

In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
