Heard Mr Irale Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the applicantspetitioners. Our attention is invited to the orders of this Court, dated 3rd December, 2010 and 17th March, 2011.

It is submitted that there are still vacancies lying and the petitioners have raised substantial ground in the petition so as to seek the their

7690.18ca (2) placement on those vacant posts. It is also submitted before us that the Division Bench of this Court, by an order dated 2nd April, 2018, had directed the office to list the matter for final hearing on 17th April, 2018. It is submitted that the matter was listed but for paucity of time, it could not be heard by this Court on the due date.

In view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the applicants and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Post the petition for final hearing in the week commencing from 23rd July, 2018.
