Learned counsel for the applicants submits that being aggrieved and dissatisfed by the Judgment and award dated 7th July 2010, passed by Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Beed in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.191 of 2008 the appellant had fled First Appeal before this Court for enhancement of the amount. This Court has enhanced the amount and the appeal is disposed of vide Judgment and order dated 20th October, 2021.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has not challenged the order of this Court.

Respondent No.2 has deposited the amount as per Judgment and order passed by this Court hence requested to allow the applicant to withdraw the said amount. 5.

Considering submission of the learned counsel for the applicants and respondent as well as the appeal for enhancement of the amount of applicants/appellants is allowed by this court, the enhanced amount is deposited by respondent No.2 before this Court hence applicants are entitled to withdraw the deposited amount and I pass the following order

ORDER

(I) Application is allowed.

(II) Applicants are permitted to withdraw the deposited amount.
