2] Issue notice to the respondent-State. Learned APP waives notice.

3] Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the fine amount has already been deposited by the applicant.

4] Considering the short term sentences awarded by learned Special Judge and that fine amount is already deposited by the applicant-accused, the substantive sentences are hereby suspended during pendency of the appeal.

5] During pendency of appeal, the applicant be released on bail upon his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rs.Rs.Fifteen Thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount.

6] The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
