1) Heard. This is an application for bringing legal heirs of deceased appellant No.2 on record. Since some delay has occasioned, the delay is also sought to be condoned.

2) Learned counsel for the respondents has opposed for condoning the delay and allowing the application.

3) Perused the civil application. The delay caused has been properly explained.

4) In the circumstances, the delay is condoned and the application is allowed. Legal

heirs of deceased appellant No.2 - Digambar be brought on record. Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks.

5) Learned counsel for applicants now submitted that the legal heirs of deceased appellant 7-A is already on record as appellant No.7-B. legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.1A are already on record as Respondent Nos. 1B to 1-H. 6) Registry to take note of the same.
