PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners have applied for start of MSW course, however, the permission has not been granted.

The learned counsel submits that respondents are placing reliance on Circular of the year 2004. The said Circular was considered by Nagpur Bench in Writ Petition No.2444/2017 under its order dated 07.11.2017 and directed to consider the proposal for MSW course as per the Jadhav Committee report and the perspective plan. The said order is confirmed by the Apex Court.

(2) 156-157 According to the learned counsel the ban cannot apply.

Mr. Karlekar, learned A.G.P. submits that no decision appears to have been taken on the proposal of petitioners so far as MSW course is concerned and the proposal for B.A. Travel and Tourism has been rejected because of deficiencies. 4.

We are considering the present petition to the extent of MSW course.

The final decision does not appear to have been taken on the proposal of petitioners.

The respondents shall take final decision on the proposal of petitioners for start of MSW course in tune with the orders of the Nagpur Bench in Writ Petition Nos.2444/2017 and 4422/2017 dated 07.11.2017 and Writ Petition No.2440/2018 dated 20.07.2018. The said orders are confirmed by the Apex Court. The said decision be taken preferably within a period of two months.

With regard to the rejection of the proposal for B.A. Travel and Tourism is concerned, petitioners may initiate independent proceedings. 8.

Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
